The guild members are composed of homeless, 'borrowers', and murderers.

They were granted permission to become an official guild, but only after a close call with not being able to gain a deed to a guildhall and not being able to gain enough members. The guild leader is Flurry, but Jazz was originally the guild leader, until their third show incident.
